Little Otter is a family business.
Between us, we’ve spent more than 15 years running and growing ecommerce businesses, so we know first-hand how rewarding — and challenging — it can be. Running a small business often means wearing every hat: customers, suppliers, websites, marketing, admin and a never-ending to-do list. It can be exhausting.
That’s why we created Little Otter. The name comes from one of our children, who always wanted to hold hands before falling asleep — because otters are known for holding hands while they sleep so they don’t drift apart. That idea stayed with us. We believe small business owners deserve that same kind of support: someone to answer questions, share honest advice, and who’s already solved many of the problems you’re facing.
