Free guides for Etsy, eBay and starting an online business

Alongside our tools, we've published a growing library of free Guides - written for real sellers, not written to sound impressive. No jargon, no filler, just practical advice from people who've actually run these businesses.

What's in the guides so far

We're starting with three: a full Etsy seller guide covering fees, pricing and listing optimisation; an eBay business seller guide with the same practical focus; and a guide to starting an online business from scratch for anyone still weighing up their options. Each one is written to be read start to finish or dipped into for a specific answer.

Why we're doing this

Most of the advice aimed at small sellers online falls into one of two camps: generic marketing fluff, or advice written for a much bigger business than the one you're actually running. We wanted something in between - real, specific, actionable guidance that assumes you're busy, that you're doing most of this yourself, and that you'd rather have the honest version than the exciting one.
