After months of building, testing and (more than a few cups of tea), Little Otter is officially live. If you sell on Etsy, eBay or Amazon Handmade - or you're thinking about it - this is for you.

Little Otter started from a simple frustration: small sellers are expected to be their own accountant, marketer, photographer and customer service team, usually with no real way of knowing whether a product is actually making them money once fees, materials, postage and their own time are all accounted for. Spreadsheets help, but they're fiddly, easy to get wrong, and quickly out of date the moment a marketplace changes its fee structure.
